Purchase Making a purchase could not
be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on the "Add to Cart" button next to
the product that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After
you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
and Paypal Payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may order and
pay with credit card online, or by
telephone, call 1-888-765-1711 (9am - 5pm CST Monday-Friday). The "Bill to:"
name and address which you provide us must be the same as those on your
monthly credit card statement. |

Shipping And Handling
We always ship Fedex or UPS. Free Shipping
applies to all UPS-able orders over $150.00 Orders below the $150.00
total will have a ship charge of $10.00. Shipping Charges are non-refundable
unless product is damaged or there was a mistake on our part . We do not ship
outside the United States.
While we make every attempt possible to
ensure that your package is delivered in perfect condition, there will be
times when an item may arrive damaged. In this case, you should call us or
send us an email and we'll take care of the problem right away.. |

Schedule We deliver your order right
away. We will normally ship out your order within 2 business days.
We ship from various warehouse locations across the USA. Most orders
are delivered within 1 to 5 business days. |

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be
emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We try to keep our product database current and only list items that are in
stock, but sometimes delays in updating our inventory database occur and an
item is offered for sale that is no longer in stock. If an item you order is
out of stock it will usually NOT be back-ordered. This is due to the fact
that restocking of an item may take several months or the item may have been
discontinued by the manufacturer. You will be notified of the out of stock
item as soon as we become aware of it. The remainder of your order will be
shipped as usual. Your credit card charge will be adjusted accordingly. If
your payment was by check or money order a refund check will be mailed to
you. At your request we will notify you when the item is back in stock. |
