All Tent products Napier Enterprises represents
include a one year manufacturers defect warranty. All other merchandise has a
30 day warranty. It is valid from the date of initial retail purchase and is
not transferable. This warranty pertains to products defects in manufacturing,
not normal wear and tear or excessive use. Manufacturers defect does not
pertain to torn fabric from sharp objects. If you believe that your tent has a
manufacturers defect you may return it using the outline below. Proof of
purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
If your tent has been damaged due to excessive use, or is older than one year,
you may contact Napier for spare parts information or see the Quick Fix page
on this site for more information. A list of replacement parts and pricing can
be seen on the replacement parts page.
Napier Enterprises reserves the right to refuse any warranty which it feels is
not the fault of the manufacturer. In addition to that Napier will also, at
its own discretion, repair or replace the tent in question. If you have a
reason to return your tent for warranty, you must follow this simple outline:
Write a letter explaining why you are returning your
tent. If the tent has a defect in it, detail in your letter where on the tent
the defect is. Be sure to be descriptive in your letter also cover any details
that Napier may need to make a fast and proper warranty decision.
Ensure your tent is clean. Napier Enterprises reserves the right to refuse
warranty consideration or add a surcharge for excessively dirty or messy
return items.
