For those who desire the security a winch provides, but don't want it
permanently mounted to their vehicle, Warn Industries devised the
multi-mount system. It consists of a winch carrier and front receiver that
are sold separately. With the receiver mounted on the front of your vehicle,
and a standard Class III towing receiver on the rear, the winch and carrier
assembly can be inserted and operated anytime and anywhere. Accommodates all
WARN 9500, 9000, 8000 and 6000 lbs. capacity winches. Power is supplied by
Quick Connect power leads. An added advantage of having the front receiver
hitch is the ability to maneuver trailers from the front of the vehicle.
Winch frame is also sold separately.
WARN® FRONT RECEIVER
One of the simplest ways to mount your portable winch is with the WARN
2" front receiver. Installation is easy-the receiver mounts directly on
most vehicle frames without drilling. See the

WINCH CARRIER
Mount your WARN winch to this carrier for a portable winch
configuration. Constructed of black coated steel. Predrilled to mount
the HS9500, XD9000i,
XD9000, X8000i,
M8000 and M6000 winches.
